What is ISO 27001?
ISO 27001 is the gold standard in information security 👑
ISO (The International Organization for Standardization) is an international organization that sets the global standards for information security.
They consult experts across the world to create standards that define what security excellence should look like.
Part of the ISO 27000 family of standards, ISO 27001 requires a company to have an information security management system.
This means having a documented process for managing sensitive company information, HR processes, and IT systems.
What does all of this mean?
(Uh, in English, please?) 🤦♀️
Well, in short.
It means that DSMN8 meets the gold standard in information security.
ISO has determined that we have a world-class information security system in place!
We had a hunch, but certification certainly helps! 🙌
What does this mean for YOU?
For DSMN8 customers and users, our certification means that:
- Your data is rigorously protected.
- We’re able to identify, assess, and eliminate any risks.
- We’re compliant with the gold standard for data security.
- ALL DSMN8 employees prioritize information security.
We know that DSMN8 is integral to the marketing & comms teams of hundreds of organizations across the world, and we take that responsibility incredibly seriously.
The whole team is deeply dedicated to protecting peoples’ data.
And so we’re super pleased to have our certification to prove it 💪
