At DSMN8, we regularly conduct research to celebrate companies whose employees are highly engaged and consistently sharing content with their own networks.
We first ran our leaderboard for the Logistics & Supply Chain industries back in November of 2020, and due to demand, we’ve decided to revisit it! Special shout-out to project44 who climbed 2 places to secure their first Global #1 spot! Meanwhile, Berkshire Grey climbed a staggering 24 places to take third. The top 10 has certainly been shaken up, but there is also some brilliant consistency on display here.
When employees share, they have a combined reach that far surpasses the reach of the company’s own social accounts. Failing to utilize this is a huge missed opportunity.
Encouraging employee participation in sharing and creating content can often be a tricky task without a formal program in place. However, some organizations in this industry are doing a great job of this, with the top spot for April secured with a staggering 52.10% of employees sharing vs a global average of just 6.90%. Well done to those who are setting the bar!

While you’re looking, consider this – DSMN8 customers get, on average, a minimum of 30-40% of employees regularly sharing company content, with some accounts seeing over 70%. We streamline and automate the process, which means greater awareness, more inbound leads and more sales, with very little effort. Isn’t it time you added amplified social sharing to your marketing plan?
