At DSMN8, we regularly conduct research to celebrate companies whose employees are highly engaged and consistently sharing content with their own networks.

We first ran our leaderboard for US-based Market Research companies back in September of 2020, and due to demand, we’ve decided to revisit it! Special shout-out to SimilarWeb who have retained their #1 spot! Some impressive consistency on display here.

When employees share, they have a combined reach that far surpasses the reach of the company’s own social accounts. Failing to utilize this is a huge missed opportunity.

Encouraging employee participation in sharing and creating content can often be a tricky task without a formal program in place. However, some organizations in this industry are doing a great job of this, with the top spot for March secured with an impressive 27.96% of employees sharing vs a national average of just 9.03%. Well done to all those who are setting the bar!
